Is the jewelry handmade?

Yes, every piece of Elysia Atelier jewelry is handmade – with great attention to detail and high standards of quality.

Production takes place directly in Vienna, in our small studio. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and quality, using high-quality materials. Because everything is made by hand, small variations may occur – making every item truly unique.

How much are the shipping costs?

Austria: from 3.50 €
Free shipping for orders over 60 €

Germany: 6.90 €
Free shipping for orders over 80 €

Other EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the shipping provider.
Free shipping for orders over 100 €

How long will my delivery take?

At Elysia Atelier, each product is handmade with love and carefully packaged.

Please note that processing time can take up to 5 business days . This time is needed to prepare your order and prepare it for shipment— it should not be confused with delivery time .

Delivery times:

  • Austria : 2 to 3 working days
  • Germany : 2 to 5 working days
  • Europe : 5 to 7 working days

Note for personalized items :
All rings and personalized necklaces (e.g., with initials, numbers, or engravings) are not produced in stock, but are custom-made after your order. Therefore, processing time may be extended by approximately 5–7 business days .

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email also includes a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

The stated delivery times correspond to the standard information provided by our shipping partners. However, delays may occur in exceptional cases, such as on holidays, strikes, or due to peak workloads (e.g., during the Christmas season). Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery.

Can I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Elysia Atelier. Should you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.

Organize shipping

Returns are at your own expense and responsibility. You choose your own shipping provider and are responsible for shipping. Please provide us with the tracking number after sending the item.

📦 Note: We recommend insured shipping, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you using the original payment method – usually within 14 days.

Important instructions
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in perfect condition. The original packaging (e.g., jewelry tags, pouches, boxes) must be returned complete and intact.

Excluded from exchange & return
Personalized items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

All rings in the range that have been individually made in your desired size

Necklaces with engravings, initials, numbers or other individual customizations

How can I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to view the current status of your delivery at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes or cancellations are only possible within a very short time after placing the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible at elysiaatelier.office@gmail.com if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will check if this is still possible. Once the order is in production or has already been shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations.

Can I change my delivery address later?

If you would like to change your delivery address later, please contact us as soon as possible by email at elysiaatelier.office@gmail.com . We will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything. If your package has already been packed and handed over to the shipping service provider, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

What materials does Elysia Atelier use?

We mainly use gold-filled and gold-plated stainless steel .

Gold-filled jewelry consists of a thick layer of gold (12k or 14k) that is mechanically bonded to a brass core. This makes it significantly more durable and valuable than conventional gold plating.

Our stainless steel is plated with 18-carat gold and finished with a PVD coating , which ensures a particularly durable, long-lasting, and scratch-resistant surface.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, our jewelry is nickel-free and therefore suitable even for sensitive skin. We use materials that avoid skin irritation, so you can wear your jewelry worry-free.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Our jewelry is generally water-resistant and can withstand normal everyday use. However, for extra durability, we recommend protecting your jewelry from extended water contact (e.g., swimming, showering).

How do I order personalized jewelry?

For all customizable products—such as necklaces with initials or flower selections—you'll find all the options directly on the respective product page.
Depending on the product, you can select variants (e.g. initials, birth flowers or engraving texts) or enter them in a designated field.

Please check your details carefully before submitting your order, as personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged.

How do I determine my ring size?


The easiest way to measure the inner diameter of a well-fitting ring is with a ruler and compare it to a size chart.

Alternatively, you can use a ring sizer or email us for a size chart. If you're unsure, we'll be happy to help you choose your size.
